Construction Summary

The KDC Solar Bergen 1 project is a 3.995 megawatt DC ground mounted facility located in Tinton Falls, New Jersey that achieved commercial operations in September 2016. The project is fully financed by KDC Solar Bergen 1 LLC with Seabrook Village purchasing the kilowatt hour output of the facility under a Power Purchase Agreement. The land that the facility is built on is owned by Seabrook Village and KDC Solar Bergen 1 has a lease agreement with the owner. The project was built with the help of Torcon Inc.

KDC Solar Bergen 1 LLC will generate approximately 5,100,000 kilowatt hours from the facility which makes the facility ~42% net zero. The facility will create green energy and saving and lower the carbon footprint of the building.
