The Peapack project was built on land leased by KDC Solar PFI LLC. The power generated by the solar array makes the adjacent pharmaceutical facility reach ~90% net zero. This project includes a mixture of central and distributed inverter architecture as well as a nearly 1,000 linear foot direction drill under environmentally sensitive areas to the point of interconnection. The project achieved commercial operations in October 2016.
