The project achieved commercial operations in December 2011. The project is fully financed by KDC Solar USS LLC with United Stationers Supply Co. purchasing the kilowatt hour output of the facility through a Power Purchase Agreement. The facility is built on the roof of a building owned by The Sudler Companies and KDC Solar USS LLC has a long term lease with the owner.
