The project achieved commercial operations in October 2016. It is fully financed by KDC Solar GRQ LLC with Silvi purchasing the kilowatt hour output of the facility under a Power Purchase Agreement. The land that the facility is built on is owned by Silvi and KDC Solar GRQ has a lease agreement with the owner. The project was built with the help of Legacy7 Inc.
